Lancaster opened its 2025 wrestling season with a trio of wins on Monday, December 1.
The Red Devils beat King & Queen, 48-12; Rappahannock, 48-22, and Westmoreland, 48-24, in the season opening tri-match in Montross.
“Coming off a weeklong Thanksgiving break and having to wrestle on the first day back was tough, but I was very pleased with our guys’ discipline over break, coming to practice and putting in the work,” said LHS coach Craig Oren. “I was impressed with our team’s cohesiveness, the senior leadership and how they supported each other throughout the match.”
