REEDVILLE—The Reedville Community Foundation (RCF) on Saturday, June 7, presented its first donation.
During the Pig Pickin’ on the Point at Buzzard Point Marina, foundation members “proudly presented a $6,000 check to the Fairfields Volunteer Fire Department,” reported Elizabeth Timberlake. The funds were raised through the foundation’s inaugural Summer Kickoff at the Point, held over Memorial Day weekend.
