TEMPLEMAN—At 9:15 p.m. on Sunday, December 6, Virginia State Police responded to a single-vehicle crash at the intersection of Kings Highway and Cople Highway.
A 2001 Ford F-150 pickup truck, operated by Glen C. Mills, 90, of Reedville was traveling on Cople Highway when he failed to stop at the intersection with Kings Highway. Mills proceeded straight through the intersection, through a guardrail and a highway sign and overturned.
Mills died at the scene. He was wearing a seatbelt.
The crash remains under investigation.
