LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, December 4, with the Hon. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Centrix B. Palmer of Kilmarnock, charged with two counts of selling a Schedule I/II substance, the arraignment was continued by defense motion until January 15.
