Support and interest are high for the 12th annual Dream Fields Spanish Mackerel Fishing Tournament slated August 15, according to tournament director Mike Loser.
The tournament fee has been lowered to $100 per boat.
The registration table will open at 5 p.m. August 14 at Dream Fields, 1385 Irvington Road, Kilmarnock. Pre-registration is recommended but anglers may register that evening, said Loser.
A captain’s meeting will start at 7 p.m. with food and beverages for sale, a raffle, 50/50 drawing and Calcutta.
Social distancing, mask wearing and all COVID-19 recommendations will be followed during the registration and captain’s meeting, said Loser. The events will be held outside under tents.
