Registration for summer Dragon Run paddle trips is now open. The paddle trips are conducted by Friends of Dragon Run (FODR) in the spring, summer and fall, weather permitting.
The summer paddle season on Dragon Run will begin July 19 and end July 30. Trips will be conducted every day and each trip will accommodate eight guests.
“This is a short paddle season (just 12 days) but it’s one of our favorite times to be on the Dragon,” said FODR paddlemaster Jack Kauffman. “One highlight will be the pickerelweed, which will be in full bloom.”
Paddle trips will begin at a FODR property in King and Queen County. The trips will leave from and return to the same location….
