The jazz ensemble of The U.S. Air Force Heritage of America Band, Rhythm in Blue, will celebrate music by jazz greats such as Duke Ellington, Glenn Miller and Dizzy Gillespie and songs made famous by Doris Day, Ella Fitzgerald, Alicia Keys and Frank Sinatra at a free concert August 30.
The concert, presented by the Irvington Village Improvement Association (VIA), will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Irvington Commons, 98 King Carter Drive, Irvington.
