Rita’s Café food trailer is a surprise find at 450 Gaskins Road. It’s surrounded by homes and pops up “out of nowhere” on the half-mile stretch connecting Christ Church and Weems roads. But what a delightful surprise.
Owner Craige Gaskins returned home five years ago after spending more than 20 years, off-and-on, in restaurants in New York and then in the Hampton Roads area, amassing quite an impressive culinary resume in the process.
