WILLIAMSBURG—Robert Daniel Webb, 79, of Williamsburg died Sunday, September 20, 2026. He was a retired commercial architect.
He is survived by his wife, Pamela C. Webb; one brother, John E. Webb; two nieces, Jocelyn Candice Webb and Carly Lynn Webb; two nephews, Brian Jennings Webb (Juliet) and Jordan Ruckert Webb; one great-nephew, Zebulun Webb, two great-nieces, Marianne Webb and Scarlett Webb; one stepdaughter, Patricia E. Skelton; two stepsons, John A. Skelton and Matthew C. Skelton (Kenneth); a first cousin, Dr. James McKenney (Joan); and one special kitty, Frannie.
He was predeceased by his parents, E.J. Webb Jr. and Gastona D. Webb; and his grandparents, Emory James Webb Sr. and Jennings Bryan Webb.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, September 26, in the Clifton Ridge Cemetery in Kilmarnock. Memorials may be made to Kilmarnock Baptist Church or the SPCA of Richmond, 2519 Hermitage Road, Richmond, VA 22320.
