KILMARNOCK—Robert Edward “Bobby” Harper, 58, of Kilmarnock died Sunday, March 25, 2019.
Mr. Harper was the superintendent with the Brookvale VDOT office.
He is survived by his fiancée, Connie E. George; one son, James Robert Harper “Ashley” of Elkmont, Ala.; one stepson, L.W. George Jr. “Teri” of Weems; five grandchildren, Elleyana, Bethany, Jobe, Ethan and Jaden; and one aunt, Eleanora Butler of Kinsale.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 29, at Currie Funeral Home, Kilmarnock, with interment in the Carmel United Methodist Cemetery, Kinsale. Family will receive friends at Currie Funeral Home from 6-8 p.m. Thursday.
