Rose B. Pittman recently announced her retirement after 43 years at Bon Secours Rappahannock General Hospital (RGH) and Bon Secours Medical Group.
Pittman began her career at RGH as a registrar in patient access department on August 1, 1978. She worked her way up through the business office over the next five years and was named the manager of the business office.
