RRYC opens its 2020 sail racing season

The Rappahannock River Yacht Club (RRYC) on Carter Creek in Irvington has begun opening in stages, honoring current safety guidelines, with first the completion and full subscription of a new 32-slip dock in April, the opening of the exterior spaces for small groups to gather or launch boats—while allowing limited access to the building—in May and the completion of the first sail race of the 2020 season, a classic single-handed regatta, with entries from other sailing clubs, on June 6.
