The procession will follow Irvington Road through Irvington and enter White Stone on Chesapeake Drive, proceeding right onto Rappahannock Drive, left onto Shady Lane, left onto Beach Road, left onto Chesapeake Drive and Right onto Rappahannock Drive, returning to Kilmarnock and continuing into town along South Main Street.
Jones noted they should reach Irvington about 7:20 p.m., make the trek through White Stone around 7:30 p.m., and return to Kilmarnock about 7:45 p.m.
Santa will not be stopping at any of the towns, she said. There will be no photo opportunities for children or families before, during or after this event. Families are asked to participate in social distancing and make sure children stay on the sidewalks and near adults at all times.
