The Town of Kilmarnock recently announced an expected visit by Santa on Friday, December 17.
Partnering with Lancaster County first responder agencies, Santa will start his drive-by parade at 7 p.m. in Lively, head to Kilmarnock and then Irvington and finish his travels in White Stone. As many as 15 emergency response vehicles will escort Santa.
