Photo contest winner
Scenic Virginia recently announced the winners of its 2024 Scenic Virginia Photo Contest. In the coastal & Chesapeake Bay division, “Foggy Skiff,” taken in by Mathews County by Billy Garrett, was the winner. Scenic Virginia president Kathleen Kilpatrick thanked Lynn Crump for managing the process and judges Ben Greenberg, Jay Hugo, Tina Jackson and Barry Starke, for reviewing over 400 submissions in eight divisions.
