The Rappahannock Community College (RCC) Rappahannock Institute for Lifelong Learning (RILL) will offer Scourge of the Seas: Pirates in History and Today from 1-3 p.m. April 9, 16 and 23 at RCC in Warsaw. The instructor will be Michael Knapp.
