U.S. Sen. Tim Kaine will speak at the Veterans Day Luncheon of the Northern Neck Chapter, Military Officers Association of America on November 10. 
Sen. Kaine will discuss his experience as a member of the Senate Armed Services Committee and the challenges and opportunities facing the U.S. Armed Forces, reported Blair Nelsen. The program will be held at the Bayne Center, Historic Christ Church, 420 Christ Church Road, Weems, and will include lunch.
Any active duty, retired or former officer, is invited to attend. The fee is $35 per person; spouses are welcome.
