Lancaster County Sheriff Patrick McCranie this week reported charges against four individuals.
Felony
Devon Lee Napier, 34, of White Stone was charged February 1 with possession of a Schedule I/II narcotic, pointing/brandishing a firearm as to reasonably induce fear in the mind of another, and assault and battery of a family member.
Misdemeanors
A Kilmarnock man, 19, was charged February 1 with operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
A Lancaster man, 24, was charged February 2 with revocation of bond for failing to comply with conditions of release.
A Heathsville woman, 33, was charged February 2 with failure to appear for arraignment on a misdemeanor charge.

January 31: Staff responded to Black Stump Road for suspicious activity, to the 2100 block of Windmill Point Road for trespassers, to the 800 block of Clark Point Drive to check the welfare of a resident, and to the 300 block of Twin Branch Road for a domestic disturbance.
February 1: Staff responded to the 100 block of First Street for suspicious activity, to the 700 block of Chesapeake Drive for a domestic assault, to James B. Jones Memorial Highway and Black Stump Road to assist Kilmarnock Police Department with a two-vehicle traffic crash, to the 100 block of Chestnut Grove Road for a wanted person, and to the 100 block of Highbank Road for a wanted person.
February 2: Staff responded to the 20600 block of Mary Ball Road for money obtained by false pretense, to the 1600 block of Taylors Creek Road for a burglary and property damage, to the 300 block of Pinckardsville Road for a domestic disturbance, and to the 900 block of Oak Lane to check the welfare of a juvenile per the request by Social Services.
February 3: Staff responded to the 500 block of Pinckardsville Road for trespassing, Mary Ball and Pinckardsville Roads for a two-vehicle traffic crash, and to the 100 block of Waterview Drive for suspicious activity.
February 4: Staff responded to the 100 block of Lively Oaks Road for a possible scam, to the 100 block of Old Field Road for vandalism of a vehicle, to the 2000 block of Lara Road to check the welfare of a resident, and to the 10600 block of Mary Ball Road for the report of child abuse.
February 5: Staff responded to the Robert O. Norris Jr. Memorial Bridge for a reckless driver.
February 6: Staff responded to Christ Church and Gaskins Roads for suspicious activity, and to the 300 block of Callis Road for a trespasser.
Staff also conducted 14 traffic stops, issued five summonses, assisted three motorist, recorded three deer strike accidents, handled nine calls for traffic control, investigated 10 building alarms, logged two inmate transports, received 13 E911 hang-up calls, and fielded two calls for animal control service.
Fire calls
Kilmarnock and White Stone volunteer fire departments responded to the smell of smoke on Chesapeake Drive and to a fire/smoke alarm on Wiggins Avenue.
Kilmarnock VFD also responded to separate traffic crashes on James B. Jones Memorial Highway and Mary Ball Road.
