Lancaster County Sheriff Patrick McCranie this week reported charges against three individuals.
Felony
Ray William Smith, 56, of Weems was charged May 21 with driving on a revoked license after two or more convictions of driving while under the influence.
Misdemeanors
A Weems man, 56, was charged May 23 with assault.
A Weems man, 60, was charged May 23 with assault.

May 18: Staff responded to the 100 block of Clover Lane to check the welfare of two toddlers after a report of neglect, to a report of obtaining money by false pretenses that occurred in the 200 block of Campbell Road, and to the 300 block of Lumberlost Trail for threats made to harm or kill another.
May 19: Staff responded to the Robert O. Norris Jr. Memorial Bridge for construction material in the roadway, to James B. Jones Memorial Highway for a reckless driver, to the 3200 block of Irvington Road for debris in the roadway, to the 600 block of Cedar Pointe Drive for a person missing who suffers from dementia, to the 800 block of Beanes Road to check the welfare of the residents after being alerted by a family member, and to the 1700 block of Windmill Point Road for the report of a possible traffic hazard from a leaning tree.
May 20: Staff responded to the 100 block of Gunther Lane for threats made to harm another, to the 2800 block of White Chapel Road for suspicious activity, and to the 200 block of Campbell Road for the report of suspicious activity.
May 21: Staff responded to the 100 block of Roseneath Avenue to assist Kilmarnock Police Department (KPD) with a burglary and larceny, to the 100 block of Cherry Hill Road for a stolen firearm which was located before officers left the scene, to the Norris Bridge for debris in the roadway causing a traffic hazard, to the 900 block of Bald Eagle Road for suspicious activity, to Campbell Road for several gunshots heard in the late evening, and to the 200 block of Weems Road for an assault.
May 22: Staff responded to the 500 block of Lancaster Creek Drive for a suspicious vehicle on private property, to Johns Neck Road and Carters Cove Drive for a 4-wheeler on the highway, to the 100 block of Whaley Way for obtaining money by false pretenses, to the 100 block of Windjammer Lane for a trespasser, to the 100 block of Washington Street for a shooting in the area that might be gang related, and to the 500 block of King Carter Drive for a sudden death.
May 23: Staff responded to the 100 block of Golf Course Drive for a stolen 12-foot boat, to Courthouse Road for a reckless driver, to the 100 block of Irvington Road for a verbal dispute between a male and female, to the 200 block of James Lane for a noise violation from loud music, to a walk-in report of the sexual assault of a juvenile, and to the 300 block of Gaskins Road for a domestic assault that involved weapons and injuries.
May 24: Staff responded to the 100 block of Windjammer Lane for a noise violation from loud music, to the 100 block of Ice House Drive for loud music, to the 600 block of North Main Street to assist KPD with a disorderly person, to the 200 block of Old Fairgrounds Way to assist KPD with a disorderly person, to a walk-in report of the sexual assault of a female juvenile, and to the 300 block of Gaskins Road for the report of a domestic assault.
Staff also conducted seven traffic stops, investigated three building alarms, logged an inmate transport, received 13 E911 hang-up calls, and fielded two calls for animal control service.
Fire call
White Stone Volunteer Fire Department responded to a lift assistance request on King Carter Drive.
EMS calls
For May 17-23, the Kilmarnock-Lancaster Volunteer Rescue Squad, Upper Lancaster Volunteer Rescue Squad and Lancaster County Emergency Services responded to 28 calls, including 23 medical emergencies, three injuries and two other calls.
