Lancaster County Sheriff Patrick McCranie this week reported charges against 16 individuals.
Felonies
Patricia L. Corsey, 57, of Washington Street was charged November 5 with two counts of distribution of a Schedule III, IV or V narcotic and two counts of abuse/neglect of a child.
Daniel L. Gross, 50, of Summers Lane was charged November 7 with two counts of grand larceny and one count of petit larceny.
Randy O. Redmond, 35, of Morattico Road was charged November 7 with a third offense of domestic assault.
Oriel P. Lee, 29, of Mary Ball Road was charged November 8 with a violation of probation on a felony offense.
Rachel J. Denny, 44, of Summers Lane was charged November 8 with four counts of grand larceny.
Jonathan A. Towles, 21, of Merry Point Road was charged November 11 with distribution of cocaine-Schedule II controlled substance and distribution of ethylpentylone-Schedule I controlled substance.
Misdemeanors
An Ocran Road man, 31, was charged November 5 with three counts of failing to appear in court.
A Gaskins Road man, 55, was charged November 5 with two counts of domestic assault.
A Burgess man, 40, was charged November 6 with violation of the terms of bond release.
A Gaskins Road man, 58, was charged November 7 with domestic assault.
A School Street woman, 18, was charged November 7 with assault and destruction of property.
A Corrotoman Circle man, 53, was arrested charged November 8 with failing to appear in court on a traffic charge.
A Burgess man, 33, was charged November 8 with a pretrial services violation.
An Ocran Road man, 53, was charged November 8 with failing to appear on a driving suspended charge.
A Kellum Drive man, 57, was charged November 8 with failing to appear for arraignment on underlying charges.
A Washington Street man, 26, was charged November 8 with assault.

November 5: Staff responded to Christ Church Road for a suicidal person, to the 5200 block of Mary Ball Road for a trespasser, to two walk-in reports of an assault, to the 100 block of Lively Oaks Road for a suicidal person, to the 300 block of Chesapeake Drive for a disturbance involving a tenant, and to the 100 block of Waverly Avenue to assist the Kilmarnock Police Department (KPD) with a domestic disturbance.
November 6: Staff responded to the 100 block of Cow Shed Road for gunshots, to the 400 block of Chesapeake Drive for vandalism to a building, to Irvington Road and Glenwood Lane for a minor traffic crash, to the 200 block of Apple Grove Boulevard for a male yelling for help, and to James Lane for a juvenile behavioral issue.
November 7: Staff responded to South Main Street to assist KPD with a single-vehicle traffic crash, to the 100 block of School Street for threats made to harm another, to the 7900 block of River Road for discovery of possibly stolen grave stones, and to the 100 block of Chiltons Point Road for a possible burglary.
November 8: Staff responded to the 100 block of New South Road for violation of a protective order, to the 300 block of East Church Street for a three-vehicle traffic crash that involved an intoxicated driver, to the 6000 block of Windmill Point Road for an overturned truck, to the 1800 block of Windmill Point Road for a suicidal person, and to the 200 block of Methodist Church Road for a stabbing of a male.
November 9: Staff responded to a walk-in report of vandalism to the roadway of a property association, to the 100 block of Holly Haven Road for a domestic disturbance, to Goodluck Road for a vehicle in the ditch, to the 400 block of Old Orchard Road for a vehicle hit and run on private property, and to Old Orchard Road for power line and tree downed in the highway.
November 10: Staff responded to the 100 block of Cardinal Lane for a downed tree completely blocking the highway, to the 1300 block of Harris Road to assist KPD with a domestic disturbance, to the 100 block of Gill Road for an unattended death, to the 3700 block of Black Stump Road for a trespasser, to the 700 block of Millenbeck Road for a burglary, and to the 400 block of Paynes Creek Road for a possible overdose of medications.
November 11: Staff responded to the 400 block of Boys Camp Road for threatening messages, to a walk-in report of a sexual assault, to the 400 block of Weems Road for an unattended death, and to Irvington and Weems roads for a two-vehicle traffic crash.
Staff also conducted seven traffic stops, issued two summonses, assisted four motorists, recorded two deer strike accidents, handled five calls for traffic control, investigated four building alarms, processed two mental health orders, logged four inmate transports, received 11 E911 hang-up calls, and fielded four calls for animal control.
Fire calls
The Kilmarnock Volunteer Fire Department responded to a fire/smoke alarm on Laurel Point Road, a propane smell at Goodluck and Mary Ball roads and a traffic crash at Irvington and Weems roads.
The Upper Lancaster VFD responded to separate downed power line calls on Morattico Road and Old Orchard Road.
EMS calls
For November 4-11, the Kilmarnock-Lancaster Volunteer Rescue Squad, Upper Lancaster Volunteer Rescue Squad and Lancaster County Emergency Services responded to 55 calls for service including 22 medical emergencies, five injuries, three traffic accidents, two fires and 25 other calls.
