Lancaster County Sheriff Patrick McCranie this week reported charges against seven individuals.
Felonies
Khalil Saquan Oates, 22, of Richmond was charged on March 15 and 18 with deliberately with premeditation attempt to kill/murder; use of a firearm in the commission of a felony; assault during the commission of a felony; possession of a firearm after being convicted of a felony; and stabbing, cutting or wounding with malicious intent to cause permanent impairment.
Donovan Ramon Gregory, 23, of White Stone was charged March 17 with feloniously selling/distributing an imitation controlled substance imitating fentanyl, a Schedule I/II substance.
Quinton Andrew Hudnall, male, 24, of Fredericksburg was charged March 18 with maliciously causing bodily injury with the intent to main, disfigure, disable or kill, where the victim was severely injured; driving while license is suspended; and reckless driving on an industrial establishment providing parking space for customers, patrons and/or employees.
Misdemeanors
A Montross man, 45, was charged March 15 with disorderly conduct and assault.
A Lancaster man, 30, was charged March 16 with a probation violation.
A White Stone man, 32, was charged March 19 with appearing intoxicated in public.
A Kilmarnock man, 38, was charged March 20 with using profane of threatening language over the phone/text.

March 14: Staff responded to the Middlesex side of the Robert O. Norris Jr. Memorial Bridge for a two-vehicle traffic crash with injuries, to the 10200 block of Jessie duPont Memorial Highway for illegal dumping, to the 100 block of Waterview Drive for a possible overdose of narcotics; to the 3800 block of Windmill Point Road to check the welfare of the resident; to the 700 block of Regina Road for threats made to harm another, to the 18300 block of Mary Ball Road for suspicious activity; and to the 1100 block of Johns Neck Road for a possible suicidal person.
March 15: Staff responded to the 8600 block of Mary Ball Road for the report of a hit and run traffic crash; and to the 8000 block of River Road for the report of a verbal disagreement.
March 16: Staff responded to the 100 block of Harris Road for a person with a gunshot wound, and to the 100 block of South Main Street to assist Kilmarnock Police Department with a disorderly person.
March 17: Staff responded to the Norris Bridge for hit and run traffic crash with minor damage, to the intersection of Mary Ball and Courthouse roads for a two-vehicle traffic crash, to Harris and Irvington Roads to assist KPD with a two vehicle traffic crash; responded to the 100 block of Brent Court for the report of a verbal disagreement.
March 18: Staff responded to the 700 block of Rappahannock Drive for a single-vehicle traffic crash, to the 300 block of Callis Road for a noise violation from loud music; and to the Norris Bridge for a disabled vehicle blocking one lane of traffic.
March 19: Staff responded to the 100 block of Clover Lane for a verbal disagreement involving alcohol, to the Norris Bridge for a motorized wheelchair crossing the bridge, to the 900 block of Blueberry Point Road for a larceny of a dingy, to the 2700 block of Merry Point Road for vandalism, to the 4200 block of Windmill Point Road for threats to harm another, to the 400 block of Nuttsville Road for gunshots in evening hours, to the 100 block of Regina Road for suspicious activity, and to a walk-in report of threats to harm another.
March 20: Staff responded to the 800 block of Ring Farm Road for suspicious activity, to the 100 block of Pittman Cove for a possible burglary, and to the 100 block of Harris Road for the report of a sexual assault of a juvenile.
Staff also conducted 31 traffic stops, issued 18 summonses, assisted five motorists, recorded three deer strike accidents, handled five calls for traffic control, investigated five building alarms, processed a mental health order, logged three inmate transports, received 41 E911 hang-up calls, and fielded two calls for animal control service.
Fire calls
Upper Lancaster Volunteer Fire Department responded to separate traffic crashes on Mary Ball Road, and Mary Ball and Courthouse roads, and tot he smell of propane on Meyers Drive.
White Stone VFD responded to a fire/smoke alarm on Heron Cove Lane.
Kilmarnock VFD responded to separate traffic crashes on South Main Street and Jessie duPont Memorial Highway.
Northumberland County Sheriff Johnny Beauchamp this week reported charges against five individuals.
Felony
William Edward Headley, 23, of Heathsville was charged March 9 with two felony counts of stolen property with intent to sell. He also was charged with buying/receiving stolen goods.
Misdemeanors
A Heathsville man, 40, was charged March 5 with petit larceny.
A Reedville man, 32, was charged March 8 with violating a protective order. The warrant was issued by the Lancaster County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.
A Reedville man, 38, was charged March 14 with a capias/attachment of the body issued by the Northumberland County General District Court for failing to appear on the original charge of driving revoked.
A Heathsville man, 57, was charged March 15 with stalking.
