Lancaster High School soccer coach Rob Pittman on May 31 took a group of players to the Allstate Continental Clasico USA Soccer match at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, N.C. They joined more than 57,000 spectators to witness the US Men’s National Team beat Senegal, 3-2. The group, comprised mostly of players from the LHS spring soccer team, spent the night in Charlotte. From left are Pittman, Sawyer Primdahl, Porter Pittman, Darius Boles, Khalian Howard, Ollie Wolfe, River Diaz, Nolan Pittman, Evan Welsh, Ty Makulowich, Nathan Meberg and Antonio Tomlin. The match was held just prior to the start of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which started June 11 and will end on July 19.
