HEATHSVILLE—Last week, the planning commission continued to discuss the parameters of a draft solar power ordinance for Northumberland County.
According to county planner Stuart McKenzie, legal counsel reviewed the draft ordinance and sent it back, requesting additional information including more defined explanations on small residential units and medium and large scale solar farm facilities.
