Historic Christ Church & Museum (HCC&M) will host its annual spring training for new and returning volunteers March 28-30.
The program will begin each morning with coffee and refreshments at 8:30 a.m. followed by training sessions from 9 a.m.-noon, reported Foundation for Historic Christ Church executive director Robert Teagle.
A mix of HCC&M researchers and outside speakers will address a variety of topics related to Christ Church’s history and its role in Colonial Virginia, said Teagle.
Day one will include archaeologist Katie Brauckmann speaking on the excavations she has led at Christ Church for over a year that….
