The educational grants committee at St. Mary’s Whitechapel Episcopal Church, in response to the COVID-19 outbreak and the abrupt end of the school year, extended the deadline for scholarships consideration from the usual April cutoff to May 29.
The extended deadline was reported in the Rappahannock Record and on the school’s website, reported parish administrator Paula Stallard. The superintendent and high school principal also were notified of the change.
