St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, Heathsville, dedicated the newly created Joel and Susan Stubbs Memorial Garden and interred the first two sets of ashes on July 21.
In 2015, St. Stephen’s was bequeathed a generous donation from the Stubbs’ estate to beautify the cemetery grounds and provide a peaceful place under shade trees and amidst flowers. After many years of discernment, the memorial garden has come to fruition.
