
The Reedville Fishermen’s Museum (RFM) recently announced the addition of two new technology kiosks for their 2025 exhibits. The museum is now closed until March 22 for staff to update and refresh rotating exhibits.
When the museum reopens this spring, patrons will be able to use touch screen technology with a generous grant from River Counties Community Foundation (RCCF), said executive director Shauna McCranie. The technology committee at the museum purchased and unveiled the kiosks on December 7 before the close of the 2024 season.
RFM board member Jay Lightfoot is a career and technical educator at Westmoreland High School and his computer science students developed the digital displays for the two exhibits.
