Northern Neck Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) has embarked on a new holiday greeting card campaign involving all schools within the jurisdiction of the CASA program.
The Northern Neck CASA Winter Holiday Greeting Card Art Contest includes student art classes in Lancaster, Northumberland, Richmond, Westmoreland and Essex counties s well as Chesapeake Academy and Colonial Beach.
