Steve Byram of Irvington recently proved that it only takes one ticket to be a winner. Byram and his wife both purchased a ticket for the grand prize at the 88th Kilmarnock Volunteer Fire Department (KVFD) Firemen’s Festival and he was the big winner. The festival was held July 27 through August 5 at the KVFD Carnival Grounds, 200 Waverly Avenue, Kilmarnock.
