The Tavern Blacksmith Guild at Rice’s Hotel/Hughlett’s Tavern (RHHT), 73 Monument Place, Heathsville, will raffle a life-size mermaid, fabricated at the Tavern Forge by Kevin Stepko of Kilmarnock.
“I’ve always envisioned her sitting at the end of someone’s dock, waving at the boats as they go by,” said Stepko.
Thirty tickets will be sold at $100 each and will be available at the Heathsville Farmers Markets on….
