Members of the Tavern Spinners & Weavers Guild at Rice’s Hotel/Hughlett’s Tavern (RH/HT) in Heathsville have long been known for the beauty and usefulness of their 100% cotton hand-woven kitchen towels.
Now their textile skills have been confirmed, as two guild members recently won prizes in a national weaving competition.
