Brian Conboy, who has served the Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula for over four decades, recently was recognized by the international publication, The Locksmith Ledger, as a 2026 All Star.
The recognition came after an employee nominated Conboy, who along with his wife, Eileen Conboy, started The Locksmith in 1987 on what he said was a “wing and a prayer.” The business is behind his home at 17467 Mary Ball Road, White Stone.
