HEATHSVILLE—The May 3 tornado that quickly moved through Northumberland County caused approximately $415,000 worth of damage, according to county administrator Luttrell Tadlock.
“One house was destroyed, one house and one commercial structure had major damage, approximately seven residential homes had minor damage, and two residential homes were affected,” Tadlock said.
