HEATHSVILLE—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, June 4, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.

In the case of Michael D. Williams of Lancaster, charged with misdemeanor probation violation, the charge was dismissed.

In the case of Johnshonika Gregory of Heathsville, found guilty of one felony for entering a structure to commit assault and battery and one felony for grand larceny greater than $200, the defendant needs additional time to pay fines and restitution. The next review hearing is scheduled for July 23.

In the case of Phillip E. Dean of White Stone, charged with two felonies for violating probation, two felonies for failing to comply with pre-trial release conditions, two counts of homicide and two counts of manufacturing/distributing a Schedule I/II substance, third-plus offense, a status hearing was continued by defense motion. A show cause hearing on the probation and pre-trial violations, as well as the trial on the homicide charges are all scheduled for July 16.
