TowBoatUS Reedville, which provides assistance to boaters in need on the water, is working to provide assistance and awareness to those with Breast Cancer during October for National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
“My aunt passed away from breast cancer and other aunt had a double mastectomy,” said Katie Parker of TowBoatUS Reedville. “We have personal connections to those affected by the disease and wanted to do something this year. We thought that wrapping our boat in pink and creating a way for donations to the National Breast Cancer Foundation was a unique opportunity to do something that hasn’t been done….
