In cooperation with Gov. Ralph Northam, the Town of Kilmarnock as of Sunday, March 29, closed all public parks and facilities until further notice. This plan was put into effect to help decrease the spread of COVID-19 and help keep residents, businesses and the community safe, reported community development coordinator Ashley M. Jones.
