Trick or treat day is Oct. 31 in Kilmarnock

The Town of Kilmarnock will allow “Trick or Treating” on Wednesday, October 31, only. All trick or treating activities are to be concluded by 9 p.m.

Per the town’s ordinances, only ages 12 and younger are permitted to engage in trick or treating activities. However, this does not prohibit any parent or guardian from accompanying their children.
