Turn up the jazz

Big band jazz will return to Irvington on Friday, August 30, with a free Labor Day weekend concert by Rhythm in Blue of The U.S. Air Force Heritage of America Band. The concert, presented by the Irvington Village Improvement Association, will begin at 6:30 p.m. on the Irvington Commons, 98 King Carter Drive, Irvington. Free hot dogs will be provided by Chesapeake Bank starting at 5:30 p.m. Picnics are encouraged.
