The Rappahannock Concert Association will present the Two Rivers Chamber Music Quartet at 7:30 p.m. April 13 at the Northumberland County School Complex, 201 Academic Lane, Heathsville.
Twin brothers Matthew and Michael Polanchak started playing the violin at age 5; by age 6 they were playing with the D.C. Youth Orchestra Program, reaching high school level orchestra by age 8. The Two Rivers Trio was born when they began doing recitals with their father, Richard Polanchak, who is now the principal bassoonist for the U.S. Marine Band, reported Dolores Meo.
