The Steamboat Era Museum (SEM) is conducting a fundraising campaign through Tuesday, June 30. Twenty percent of all monies raised during the campaign will be donated to the Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Neck’s meals program.

Pending the relaxation of existing COVID-19 restrictions, Music by the River will open July 11 with traditional country, southern rock and blues by Muddy Boots. The Tides Inn, 480 King Carter Drive, Irvington, will offer a piano bar Fridays and Saturdays through Labor Day, from 6-8 p.m. in the Chesapeake Restaurant and 8-10 p.m. in the View Room.
