Scavenger hunt

The Northern Neck Tourism Commission and 18 area museums and historic sites are conducting a Northern Neck Heritage Area Scavenger Hunt through August 31. To enter either contest, visit northernneck.org/nnkroadtrip for a full description of the rules.

An on-the-road trip version asks participants to photograph a specific view or item at each site. Photos must be posted to the museum’s social media with the hashtag, #nnkroadtrip.

An online version invites participants to find answers to specific trivia questions posed by each site. Participants will search the organizations’ websites to find the answers to complete the questionnaire and post it at northernneck.org/nnkroadtrip.
