The Westmoreland Players will present “Lost in Yonkers” by Neil Simon at the Westmoreland Players Theatre, 16217 Richmond Road, Callao.

American Legion Adams Post #86 will sell pulled pork barbecue from 3-6 p.m. Saturday, August 13, at the Post Home, 882 Waverly Avenue, Kilmarnock. The cost is $12 per pound.
The Kilmarnock Garden Club will next meet at 1 p.m. Tuesday, August 16, in the fellowship hall at Kilmarnock Baptist Church, 65 East Church Street, Kilmarnock. The guest speaker will be Carolyn Quinn, owner of Dug In Farms in White Stone.
She will present an overview of the latest developments in the farm’s offerings and collaborative relationship with a variety of locally-sourced food providers. Tasting samples of local produce will be available. Light refreshments will be provided and guests are welcome. Horticulture and designs will be judged.
American Legion Adams Post #86 will meet at 7 p.m. on third Tuesdays at the Post Home, 882 Waverly Avenue, Kilmarnock. The ladies auxiliary also will meet at the same time.

The Smart Start for Success Youth Empowerment mentoring program at the Church of Deliverance in Lively will host a Mother, Daughter Tea Party at noon September 3 at the White Stone Church of the Nazarene Family Life Center, 57 Whisk Drive, White Stone.

Chicken dinners will be available from 5-6:30 p.m. on first Mondays at American Legion Post #117, 39 School Street, Reedville. However, the monthly dinner will be held September 12 due to the Labor Day holiday.
Meals include fried chicken, mashed potatoes, choice of vegetables, salad, roll, dessert and drink. Dinners are $12 for adults and $6 for children ages 12 and younger, at the door.
A Woman’s Empowerment Brunch, sponsored by My Wife Can’t Cook, will be held from noon-4 p.m. October 22 at the White Stone Church of the Nazarene, 57 Whisk Drive, White Stone.
