The theme for the 22nd annual Festival of the Trees (FOT) is “Dream.” The annual fundraising event will be held December 5-7 at the Northern Neck Family YMCA, 39 William B. Graham Court, Kilmarnock.
The “Dream” concept evolved from a committee of volunteers who aspire to help Lancaster families have a better life through the funds raised at the event, reported community development specialist Tom Martin.
