
GAINESVILLE—On the morning of December 10, 2023, the beloved Warner Aston Robinson passed away peacefully at Gainesville Health & Rehab Center in Gainesville. Warner was 80 years old.
Warner was born in Tappahannock to Warner and Josephine Robinson on August 15, 1943. While spending his later years residing in Fredericksburg, he also considered both Dale City and Powhatan home as well.
Prior to retirement, Warner was employed with the National Council of the Aging and Northern Virginia Family Services. Afterwards he spent his time enjoying traveling, electronics and cooking while spending time with friends and family.
Warner is preceded in death by his father, Warner; his mother, Josephine; his ex-wife, Barbara Baughan Robinson; his wife, Gloria Tyler Robinson; and his sister, Gladys Robinson McElmore.
He is survived by his daughter, Yvette; his son, Adrian; and many of friends, family and loved ones who can all agree that his presence will forever be missed, while the memories of him will always be a gift.
