Warsaw Town Council approves Phase 1 of 321-unit subdivision

WARSAW—The Warsaw Town Council on February 13 gave the green light for Phase I approval of the Broadus Creek & Rhodes Place subdivision.

The proposed residential development will be the largest in the town’s history and one of the largest in the history of the Northern Neck Region and surrounding areas, according to a press release issued by town manager Joseph N. Quesenberry.

The developer, Packett Properties Warsaw LLC, introduced the subdivision with 168 apartments, 85 single-family dwellings and 68 age-targeted villas. The subdivision will include amenities such as….
