“What’s It Night’ set August 23 at Mathews Historical Museum

In conjunction with the Fairfield Foundation, the Mathews Historical Museum, 200 Main Street, Mathews, will host “What’s It Night” at 6 p.m. Wednesday, August 23.

The public is invited to bring artifacts and found items into the museum, where experts from the Fairfield Foundation will offer their opinions as to the genesis of these objects. No appraisals will be provided.

“We can handle whatever is placed in front of us to make this a very interesting and rewarding night at the museum,” said Tom Karow, who serves both on the museum board and the foundation board.
