MOLLUSK—William C. “Bill” Harvell, 11/20/1951-11/27/2022, lost his battle with cancer.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Joyce; and stepfather, Jim Settle.
He leaves behind his beloved wife, Helene K. Harvell; adored siblings, Laura and Richard Harvell; and his best dog, Peggy.
Bill was known for his sense of humor and quick wit. A graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School in Alexandria, and The College of William & Mary, Bill spent his career as a merchant seaman. He retired happily as a small farmer.
