WEEMS—William “Lightning” Ridgell, 63, of Weems passed away April 17, 2023. He was a retired waterman of 43 years and a member of Claybrook Baptist Church, Weems.
He is survived by his sons, Jeffrey Abbott (Ashley) of Mississippi and Kurt Keane of Burgess; brother, Ricky Ridgell (Pat) of Ditchley; and grandchildren, Olivia Keane and Addison Keane.
Memorial services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 23, at Currie Funeral Home, Kilmarnock. Family received friends one hour prior to the service.
