IRVINGTON––William Raleigh “Billy” Rowe Jr., 93, of Irvington passed away January 2, 2018.
A funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, January 11, at Irvington Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. A visitation will be held at the church beginning one hour prior to the service.
Mr. Rowe was a retired director and officer of Northern Neck Mutual Insurance Company and a lifelong resident of Irvington.
