Woman’s club raises $6,000 for scholarships

WHITE STONE—Members of The Woman’s Club of White Stone (WCWS) on Wednesday, March 1, welcomed Rappahannock Community College vice president of college advancement Sarah Pope.

Education chairman Suzanne Keyser presented Pope a check for $6,000 for scholarships for Lancaster County students attending the college.

Pope offered a most informative presentation about the RCC scholarship program and gave members brochures describing….
